Edit the file as needed to make sure that SkyrimEditor.ini located in the Skyrim folder is the ini file for the Creation Kit. The current versions of these utilities are: For REGS the only mods that currently need rebuilt NAVI records are ETaC and, if it is used, the LITE version of Dawn of Skyrim included with JK's Cities - Lite and SuperLite. The Creation Kit is then used to rebuild the NAVI record. First, TES5Edit is used to remove the navmesh record from the merged plugin.

Wrye Bash is used to change the master file name for a patch plugin from the individual location plugin name to the name of the merged plugin containing all ETaC locations.
